December 12, 2018 Parent Club Meeting Minutes
Meeting Started at 7 P.M.
Mr Muting:
Updated members on St. Laurence School
Thanked everyone for helping recruit for the school. 330 tested.
Final exams from Tuesday, December 18 to Friday, December 21st from 8:00 to Noon. Posted on website.
Tuesday January 8 Students return to school from break. Projects due week come back
Joe Martinez spoke:
Thanked parents for increase of interest from prospective students and of incoming students testing. Teachers putting in lots of hard work in classroom. Want to grow at a great rate. Environment unique. Want right students, right pace. They are seeing results. More people getting involve. Thanked parents for putting sign in front of their homes.
President Diane Ruiz Spoke:
Thanked alumni for coming.
Cookie raffle taking place.
Thanked parents for support.
Trivia night and AFC/NFC need volunteers.
Parents then enjoyed a delicious dinner catered by the Mother's Club. Parents donated deserts.

- Band Concert tomorrow.
- Old Lady and Arsenic Play-Congratulated Brad on his hard work in directing the play. There will be a play in the spring.
- Students not happy about rules for dance such as length of girl's dresses, no mash pits. Can not attend dance if the student did not attend meeting. Money will be given back to students who paid and do not attend dance.
- Tech days working out well. Snow days a thing of the past.
- Trivia Night and AFC/NFC coming up.
- New lights in school. Will help save with electric bill.
